GMRS Consultants proposes to collect two types of information from the candidate: i) information that the candidate voluntarily provides to us (e.g. through a voluntary registration process, sign-ups, or emails); and ii) information that is derived through automated tracking mechanisms.

In case you choose to use our additional features, we require you to provide your contact information which may include: a) Making payment b) Consenting to receive email our e-newsletter c) Filling the assessment form d) commenting on blogs, and others. Our Immigration consultants gather specific credentials of prospective individuals seeking immigration under various programs. It is important to note that during a profile assessment, we by no intention collect any card information. Upon submitting your Immigration Assessment form you can expect your results to be delivered to the email address you have provided to us within 24 hours from the time of submission. Thereafter, we may send follow-up emails to the same email address regarding your immigration inquiry.

Once you have submitted your Visa application information, our payment system will process it. Prior to uploading payment, you are redirected to a webpage that has detailed instructions for how an applicant must provide the card’s information. Moreover, your card details are not stored by any third parties.

2) How we collect and use information

When you provide details for a visa assessment, your personal data will not be disclosed, sold, or transferred to unaffiliated third parties unless necessary by law. In addition, the contact details gathered during this process are used to follow-up with assessments requested by clients or for other purposes that will prove useful to the client.

We may, however, share non-personal and anonymous information, such as domain name and IP address, the web pages visited, date and time of the page request, the referring Website (if any), and other parameters in the URL with trusted third parties.

We collect and analyze website usage and enhance the experience. This data is collected in order to better understand how our services are being used. You also consent to share personally identifiable or other information with our parents, subsidiaries, divisions, and affiliates.
