Why Grenada
Grenada is volcanic in origin, with a ridge of mountains running north and south—the steeper slopes to the west and a more gradual incline to the east and southeast. The highest point is Mount St. Catherine (2,757 feet 840 meters) in the northern part of the interior. The landscape is scenic, with fairly deep steep-sided valleys and about 10,000 acres (4,000 hectares) of forest.

Citizenship By Investment
Real Estate Investment- One of the options available to applicants seeking to obtain citizenship by investment in Grenada is to invest in a Government-approved project. Currently, these projects encompass real estate developments such as hotels, villas, and resorts. Because of the growth of the tourism industry, there is rising demand for tourist housing facilities. There are fees and taxes to pay in addition. Applicants must be of outstanding character, in good health, of high net worth and with no criminal record. There is no requirement to visit for an interview for the Grenada citizenship program and in fact there is no need to travel to the country to complete the application.
Donation- Citizenship by donation is available in Grenada from $150,000 for single applicants and $200,000 for families of up to four persons. A non-refundable contribution is payable to Grenada’s National Transformation Fund. In addition to the donation one has to pay government fee.
