It is one of only three countries in the Caribbean with access to the USA E-2 treaty which allows investor visa & residency in the USA.

Grenada Citizenship by Investment

The Grenadian parliament passed the Granada Citizenship by Investment Act in August 2013. This investment program is a government initiative that allows individuals and their families to acquire citizenship in Grenada. Not only does it provide visa-free or visa-on-arrival entry to 143 countries, including important regions, but it also makes it easier to obtain the United States E-2 Treaty Investor visa. Furthermore, Grenada’s tax policy, which excludes foreign income and inheritance taxes, makes the program appealing to foreign investors.

Why Grenada

Grenada is volcanic in origin, with a ridge of mountains running north and south—the steeper slopes to the west and a more gradual incline to the east and southeast. The highest point is Mount St. Catherine (2,757 feet 840 meters) in the northern part of the interior. The landscape is scenic, with fairly deep, steep-sided valleys and about 10,000 acres (4,000 hectares) of forest. Besides, individuals seeking to obtain citizenship in Grenada can explore the opportunities presented by the Grenada Citizenship by Investment Program, offering a route to citizenship through investment in the country’s future.
